ELECTION MESSAGE: IS IT ALL ABOUT LOVE OR HATE?

As you may have guessed I was a strong supporter in the 04 election year having joined half of America's population to vote for change in the White House. Of course, I was really upset when the Dems lost. It was very sad watching Kerry's concession speech. I felt waves of sadness for him and his running mate who also discovered that his wife had a major potential health scare during their vigorous campaign. It was a lot to take in and knowing that half of America was united with me in that moment of time made it all the more emotionally overwhelming. There I sat with tears coming down watching them both on TV pouring their hearts out and then the speech was over. An announcement came on that stated President Bush's Acceptance Speech was up next. I turned off the television at that point because I just couldn't face it all.
I left the room swamped in silence and sadness.
As I went about the rest of my day, despite the morning, within a very short amount of time I was overcome by a sense of peace and calm; it was as if I had to release and let go in order to allow change to come in.
For indeed, George Bush's next four years will not be the same as the last four; it will seem like it is but it will be very different for all of us.
 I had that insight in the moment and suddenly realized everything was divinely timed after all. I've heard President Bush say before that he felt he was put in the White House by G-d. I am beginning to realize that this is true.
Bear with me and please don't click that back button, read on ... True these are unusual comments to read from someone who appears to be "new age". True. However, I follow my own intuition (in addition to the indigenous culture's prophecies) and, to me, if the Dems were in the White House it just wouldn't fit in with the prophecies which say that 2005 onto 2007 will be tough years ahead. If Kerry were in, things would settle down a bit with the liberals and we Lightworkers might be tempted to rest on our laurels.
As Eminem says in his music video Mosh, it is really not about who is in the White House ... it's about us as a people and what we do next. Here, here, Marshall! (Ironically, in June '04 I created a little sacred chant using a sacred name of G-d that we sing in our classes and drumming circles with the exact same melody as in this video ... never hearing his song before this was an amazing, tapped-in, kinda cool coincidence.)
Back to the topic at hand ... How can we affect the world if we become complacent? I predict we will see a renaissance in this country like never before. A renaissance in the form of vast creative change. We are already seeing the stirrings of people's strong emotions as in U2's latest CD, and I'll bet REM and Michael Stipe as well as many others are not too far away from casting their own pearl in the sea of creative change.
We are all going to see ourselves creating what we desire. This is good for it really, truly is important that we do this act of love for the YOUniverse and for ourselves. I sense the rest of the world looks to America as a people who can make changes, for the better hopefully, and therefore this very young country has a lot of responsibility and a lot of growing up to do. And yes, there is a flip-side to this creative change ... which is anger and hatred.

What about earth changes?
Yes, of course we have the dynamic of earth changes playing a major role in our lives as well. Looks like everything's erupting, doesn't it? Now if you still feel solar flares/storms/coronal mass ejections (CMEs) don't affect you, please take another look and realize our external world reflects our internal world. CME's alone effect our behavior very much and they are also a big part of the prophecies. They are part of the physical representation of the new energies (Christ Consciousness) coming in to assist, shift, and support our journey on earth. They cause change in us to finally get off the proverbial fence, and get off the couch, Mr. Potatohead!
Okay now that we're off the couch, how do we "exercise" our laurels? WE become the change we want to see in the world ... (once again I parrot the main theme of this website; hence my renaissance prophecy, which I feel isn't too far of a mental stretch.)
Now, in order to do this we must be calm, grounded and centered as the Mayan prophecies suggest. To do this we have to certainly wake up to truth all around (and in) us and rely on our intuition and inner wisdom for guidance.
On a physical level this means getting up off the couch, turning off the TV set, getting out and exercising, be with nature, be with ourselves. Giving ourselves true bodily nourishment with healthy, chemical-free foods and supplements, plenty of water, limiting caffeine, eliminating drugs and alcohol. Basically, purification not putrefication. Once again, it's our choice.
On an emotional level, we have a lot of inner house cleaning to do. Close old connections (with love and compassion), and cut energetic cords from toxic relationships for starters.
On a spiritual level, we must begin to want to look beyond our 3D world into what is also a very real part of ourselves ... to our own inner divinity, the G-d within us, the divine spark and deny it no more.
We all must and I mean really do it, really heal. Now's the time for all of us to heal, each and every one. This message applies to ...
President of our United States,
World leaders,
United Nations,
good guys and "bad" guys,
warring neighbors,
bosses and co-workers,
countries,
local grocery baggers,
daycare workers,
college educators,
musical and actor celebrities,
hair dressers and fashion designers,
pastors, priests, and nuns,
the Michael Moore's of the world (bless your heart),
chief cooks and bottle-washers,
brothers and sisters,
children,
Lightworkers/servers,
you reading this,
and me.
What we have is major duality going on now in the world. Can you feel it, see it, practically taste it?! When we choose sides ... right, left, up, down, we are not balanced, folks. We are not balanced.
How can we be calm, grounded, and centered - balanced - with GW in the White House?
I'm glad you asked ...
Whoever takes the seat in the White House during these difficult times - Now - will be pivotal in this renaissance. He may look like the "bad guy" but as Buddha has said, we create our own governmental institutions ... they are not outside of us, but within like everything else.
When we finally realize this we then understand we have to learn to love ALL and embrace ALL!
Does this mean we must allow hate crimes and war into our lives? How can we stop war?
This is the age old question be'tween good and evil. Okay, I have to go back to acronym WWJD "What would Jesus do"? Jesus said to turn the other cheek, remember? That doesn't mean for us to get slapped again, (oh, so now we have TWO red hand-marks on our face) ... but rather to look at things from a different perspective.
Is the glass half full or half empty?
I am the water in the glass, the glass itself, and the space be'tween and around the water AND the glass.
Dr. Michael Ryce says in his book Why Is This Happening to Me, Again?! And What You CanI Do About It? ... "When you are in pain, you are in error" ... i.e., no one else. Everything "hurting us" seems to be outside of ourselves: the world, war, hatred ... but really it's all inside of us; hence the prevalence of dis-ease.

Now when I see GW I look at him with love and compassion ... especially compassion because if we are to understand that he is also a part of the divine plan then there is nothing outside of ourselves. I am saying that GW is my brother and not just Jeb's, and he is my friend. He is also me on some esoteric level so as to not separate ourselves from anyone/thing outside of ourselves. I am saying that I will embrace this presidency through and with love and extend my hand and heart in support. No I don't support the war, of course not; I support a fresh new perspective - but my lending a new perspective IN LOVE will only enhance the transformation of our world.
For each and every single one of us it is a pleasure and an honor to be here on planet earth at this time.
In the end, we are faced with choice. A choice to love or to hate/anger and if what Longchenpa says is true, then the only thing that is really real ... is love.
Blessings to you on your path. Blessings to our President and Mrs. Laura Bush, their two daughters and their little dog friends. Blessings to all Americans and to the World for we all are moving toward our paths back to Source/All That Is/God/dess in one way or another now aren't we? Yes we are!
