ABRAHAM: Good morning. We are extremely pleased that you are here. It is good to come together for the purpose of co-creating, do you agree? You are knowing what you are wanting? It moves about a bit, doesn't it? You have some idea of what you are wanting? You came here with some sense of wanting something? Fun? Clarity?

GUEST: And also what else comes up for me, is my old upbringing which was saying, this is being selfish, but I want a delicious relationship with a man who sees the positive aspects in me as well as me seeing it in him. I want to travel, I want to just hang out in the sun, I maybe don't want to work, or maybe I do want to. I do want to do something that's useful. But it's the trusting that that will emerge for me?

ABRAHAM: Now, let us give you something here. This will help you a great deal, because it really is as simple as this. What you want is to be connected to the flow. So if you are finding yourself sort of resisting your work, all that means is that your work has not been catalytic to being connected to the flow. Somehow you've got bogged down in what you should do, and what you ought to do, and in what they need you to do and in how much they need you -- and the emphasis of that lack has disconnected you from the Source. Not all the time. As you say, once you get involved and once you get one to one and once you help them identify, then you get flowing again. But the overall feeling that you have is one of overwhelmment. Now what is that about? What that is all about is this: When you're thinking in terms of solving problems, another problem, another problem, another problem...in other words, you cannot make your classes big enough to accommodate all of the people that are needing their problems solved, and so, you get overwhelmed by that. And the thing that disconnects you is not that you don't want to help people, you do, but that, vibrationally, they are not ready for that which you are. So a lot of what you're wanting to take place is not taking place anyway, not because you're not good at what you do and not because you're not well intentioned but because you have fallen into that place, that so many fall, of seeing them needing you.

You see, you're wanting to attract to you those who want to bask, those who want to play, those who want to soar, those who want to experience the deliciousness of life. There are masses of them that want that, that are nowhere near ready for it. They'd rather complain about what isn't working than talk about what they are wanting to work. Now, that makes most of you feel guilty because you really believe that you're here to fix something that's broken. But every time that happens, you get overwhelmed, and then you leave, in your suicide note, "I just can't help these people." In other words, they overwhelm you in all of it. And so, hear us when we say, your work is to live the joy that is your Source, and in living the joy, then you are able to uplift those who are wanting it.

Years ago, Jerry was beginning a business where he would work with many people, and he had a psychologist sort of come and analyze some things, and this young woman had been doing studies, statistical studies on, in this case it was an insurance business, but it was another business where they were doing a lot of interacting with a lot of people and a lot of trainers, and what she noticed was, "There are those people that are very far from hearing you, that you will not be of much value to, on one end of the spectrum. And there are the people on the other end of the spectrum that don't need you; they're going to make it no matter what you do. And then, there's this range of people, in between, that have wanting, they just don't have much direction -- and that's the area that you are wanting to put your attention upon." "But instead," she said, "what you most always do is give your attention to those that need you the most, which causes you to..." -- in our words, we say, to vibrationally lose your connection, and then you have no value to anyone. And so, that's what's happening.

What commonly happens with those who are here to be of value, or you coin it into the phrase "be of service," is that you feel guilty when you are unwilling or unable to help somebody. And the reason that you're unable to help them is because there is too much spread in your vibrations. Neither one of you can relate to either one of you, you see. Now we come back to what you were talking earlier, about the balance of thought. So your desire to help them is so strong that, without meaning to, you lower your vibration so that you can connect, and as you lower your vibration -- this is all happening subliminally -- out of the desire to help, as you lower your vibration to assist them, you lose your sense of joy. So, you say, "I don't want to go do that anymore. This is not what I want to do." You see what we're getting at? As a lifeguard, if you let one of them drown you, you'll never save another. Or if you get your lungs so full of water, and it becomes a daily unpleasant experience, pretty soon you're not going to want to go out there anymore.

So it's balance, isn't it? It's keeping yourself in balance, keeping your desires out there loud and clear. Your desire of "why", not your desire of "how". Your desire of "why" will keep you in that connection. Good.

ABRAHAM: It always does. The "how" is a product of your connecting with the "why". Most of you try so hard to connect with the "how", the "where", the "when", the "who", that you never connect with the Energy. And then you, as you said, "I can get myself real scared." In other words, when I say, "What am I doing? Maybe I'm losing momentum. What if I turn these clients down or what if I release the clients that I have? What if they fill in the gap by finding another therapist? Whatever will I do?" As you focus upon that, vibrationally, what are you achieving harmony with? Lack of dollars, lack of business, lack of clients.

But on the other hand, if you're going to play a what-if game, play a what- if game that pleases you. What if I regenerate so powerfully that my practice soars? What if I find a whole new way of going about this, where rather than teaching one-on-one, I'm teaching in greater clusters? What if I become a writer of books? What if I become a producer of videos? You see what we are getting at? Good. Very good.

ABRAHAM: Indeed. And the reason it feels more joyful is because it feels more free, and it also feels more productive. It feels more far reaching. You're not feeling so bogged down in it, you see.

As we are, you are teacher of teachers, and when you are teacher of teachers, can you feel the freedom of that? You will teach one, who will teach one, who will teach one, who will teach one, who will teach one. But when you say, "I'm a teacher of this one, who may or may not be ready for me," can you feel the confinement of that? Good. Very good. What more?

We have enjoyed very much this interaction. Have fun with all of this. There is great love here for you. We are complete.
