PAYMENTS - We accept all major credit cards and Paypal (Paypal email: tween@tween.org). *

*RE: PAYPAL PAYMENTS FOR ORDERS OVER $300.00 - For orders over $300.00 for retreats, sessions and treatments we only accept payments through our secure server merchant account via PayJunction.   Sorry, no exceptions.

PRICES - Prices are subject to change.

DEPOSITS - A deposit of 1/2 down the total cost for Retreats or session groupings (orders for more than one session) is due before your reservation will be guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS - READ CAREFULLY  - Our business is appointment-based and we therefore encourage you to keep your appointments. If you cancel your reservation:

On single sessions: within 24 hours days before start date: No refund. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment you will be billed for the full amount of the session.

On single sessions: 24 hours before start date: Full refund.

On retreats: within 72 hours (3 days) before start date: 90% of deposit and/or total retreat monies refunded (10% retained for administrative purposes) and 1/2 of all practitioners' fees

On retreats: 72 hours (3 days) before start date: 90% of deposit and/or total retreat monies refunded (10% retained for administrative purposes)

TO RESCHEDULE: If you wish to reschedule your confirmed appointment with us, please contact us prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at (928) 300-1236 or email tween@tween.org.

TIPS / GRATUITIES - are not automatically included. Breakdown: Most sessions are approx $100 - $175 each - estimate 10-15% for tip. Some of our sessions/services are by donation only, it will be up to you to estimate the donation amount you wish to give.

GUARANTEE - We are sure you will be 100% satisfied with our service and offerings; however, if you are not, we offer a money-back guarantee on all our services and products. If you are not 100% satisfied you will receive a 100% refund.

YOUR PRIVACY - As is our practice, we keep our client's confidentiality, the information you furnish us is for our use only, and will never be sold, rented, distributed or disclosed to third parties.  Your email and information will remain private and safe with us - we guarantee your confidentiality.

ADVERTISING ON OUR SITE - If you wish to sponsor or advertise on certain sections or pages of our site, we offer advertisers these options:

1. Text ads (hypertext) embedded in pre-existing copy $50.00/yr.
2. Text ads (hypertext) separate text (unique text) $75.00/yr.
3. Small Button Banners: Available in 120 pixels wide x 60 pixels high $100/yr, and 120 pixels w x 90 pixels h. $125/yr.
4. Large Button Banners: Large banner ads 121 pixels x 91 pixels or larger $200/yr.

. Makes health claims that are not adequately substantiated.

. Promotes alcohol or tobacco products other than educational campaigns such as smoking cessation and responsible drinking messages that are consistent with genuine efforts to educate consumers, rather than surreptitious attempts to promote consumption of alcohol and tobacco.
